With just 3 races remaining in the season the Trucks head to Memphis for the first time in series history. Part Timers John Battista and Tony Pizzaro raced to try and claim victory. Both drivers qualified on the front row and dominated early on, running 1-2 for most of the race. While Battista and Pizzaro ran off with the race, points contenders Zach Michael and Rob Scarberry both raced each other hard for 3rd. Adam Simons was 3rd in points coming into tonight but funding issues prevented him from racing. Unfortunately, Pizzaro's bad luck struck again when he blew 4th gear on a restart, ending his night and handing the lead over to John Battista. Battista was able to lead most of the race but with just 40 laps to go was sideways out of turn 2 and was able to save it. 2nd place Zach Michael caught up to Battista but was unable to pass him. Battista was able to hold on for the win and points leader Zach Michael was able to hold off Rob Scarberry for 2nd place.

Congrats to John on his win and thanks to everyone for racing! See you all Wednesday for Cup at Martinsvile and next Monday for Trucks at Phoenix!!
