The Traxxas Series ran at Montreal for the 2nd and final road course event of the season. Ringers Tex Perry and Dave Daniels made there way north of the border to try and be the first to claim victory in Montreal. Zach Michael won the poll and was fast right out of the gate. The field spread apart as the race went on and handling issues for Mike Tellier along with Tex Perry both ended their nights. Michael lead every lap up until the pit stops with just a few laps to go. The remaining drivers pitted but Zach only took fuel, stretching the gap and allowing him to lead every lap en route to the victory at Montreal. Mark Murphy ran 2nd with Rob Scarberry in 3rd.
