Truck Series: Nothing You Can Run That Can't Be Won - 4 June 2013

Phoenix was the site of the penultimate race of the season. Points leader Zach Michael won the pole and lead laps early on. After Adam Simons spun, the field came in to pit but Rob Scarberry stayed out to lead a lap and gain 1 point. Following Rob's pit stop, Zach regained the lead. On the restart Zach and 2nd place Mark Murphy pulled away from the rest of the pack but a yellow came out when Adam Simons spun into the wall, ending his night. The field lined up and restarted again, this time with Mike Tellier in two behind Zach. Tellier continued to follow behind Michael. As the laps wound down Zach and Mike pulled far away from the rest of the field. Mike closed in on Zach in the final laps and was trying to get around the 14 but he ran out of laps and Zach was able to hold on for his first win of the season.
